Mark Casey, President & CEO
Mark Casey is the President and CEO of CFN Services. He has delivered results for clients in the global communications markets with companies including AT&T, Verizon, and CSX for more than 20 years. Since 2001, he has led CFN Services in developing high-performance, network and application-delivery solutions for real-time, mission-critical applications. Mark has also pioneered the design and optimization of solutions that accelerate market data delivery and trade execution for the most sophisticated financial market participants worldwide. Under his leadership, CFN Services developed and operates the ultra-low-latency Alpha Platform™, a global, high-performance private cloud for automated trading across key liquidity venues in the equities, options, futures, derivatives, and FX markets.
Prior to CFN Services, Mark was Vice President of Business Development and Channel Management at e.spire Communications (now tw telecom). In this position, Mark was responsible for identifying and developing the company's top growth opportunities, while maximizing revenue production across the company's direct and indirect sales channels. Mark was also a key driver in the company's revenue growth from $154 million in 1998 to more than $300 million in 2000.
Prior to Espire, Mark held key management positions in several successful corporate ventures, first as a member of the launch team for Bell Atlantic Internet Solutions, Bell Atlantic's Internet subsidiary, which grew from ground zero to over $50 million in revenues in its first year. Mark also served as General Manager of CampusMCI, where he led the growth and development of the early stage MCI business unit, doubling revenues to $35 million and increasing profits four-fold over two years. Mark also established Campus MCI's Internet brand as one of the ten largest national ISPs before its subsequent sale to Cable & Wireless.
Mark holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from American University.

William Fleming, Chief Financial Officer
William Fleming is Chief Financial Officer of CFN Services. He is responsible for overseeing all company finance and accounting operations and works to ensure CFN's continued growth and long-term viability as a leading technology solutions provider. Bringing a breadth of experience including international financial management and corporate finance across telecom, software, and IT-related businesses, William has successfully led finance teams and capital formation and M&A transactions exceeding $1B.
Prior to joining CFN, William served as CFO of Fine Point Technologies, a venture-backed provider of device management software for communication service providers, where he spearheaded all strategy and corporate development activities, including a strategic OEM agreement and investment from a leading, global software company, two international acquisitions and a successful divestiture of key operating assets. He previously held positions including Regional CFO for TeleTech Holding's European and Latin American operations and Treasurer and Controller for Comsat International. William's earlier career experience involved investment banking focused on M&A and corporate finance in the telecommunications industry.
William holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is also a CFA charter holder and a member of the Washington Society of Investment Analysts.

Paul Edelmann, Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Paul Edelmann is Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Professional Services of CFN Services where he is responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, product management and service innovation across CFN's portfolio of products and solutions. Paul also oversees the continued growth and development of CFN's Professional Services practice, leading business development and thought leadership activities and ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements.
With twenty years of strategic marketing, consulting and hands-on operational and management experience in the business services, communications, software and technology markets, Paul brings a breadth of experience helping companies achieve growth and market leadership.
Prior to joining CFN, Paul was Executive Director of Product Strategy and Management at the Corporate Executive Board where he was responsible for the management of global P&Ls. There, he optimized a diverse product portfolio and led client engagement teams delivering a broad range of strategic advisory services to executives at Fortune 500 companies. Paul also held leadership positions in corporate strategy and marketing at MCI, CommerceOne Software and Accenture. Paul has extensive expertise leading turnaround and change efforts at high-tech and business services companies, as well as developing and implementing acquisition strategies. During his tenure as VP of Corporate Strategy at MCI, Paul was a key member of the leadership team that formulated the strategic plan to reposition the company and strengthen its product portfolio and performance during bankruptcy, resulting in a $7.6 billion sale to Verizon.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Duke University.
Brad O'Brien, Vice President of Development
As CFN Services' Vice President of Development, Brad O'Brien oversees the company's network development and expansion initiatives ensuring consistency with CFN's overall strategy. This includes the development of new markets, expanding with strategic business partners, and alignment with the product growth and expansion within CFN. Since joining CFN Services, Brad has served as Vice President Operations and COO providing leadership that has been instrumental in helping CFN achieve a 1200-percent revenue growth in three years and earning the company recognition with accolades such as the 2011 and 2010 Inc. 500 awards, Deloitte's 2011 Technology Fast 500, Red Herring's 2010 North America 100 and Red Herring's 2011 Global 100.
Brad brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the CFN management team. He has held VP-level positions in business development, sales, customer service and operations within organizations such as Vanco, Universal Access, Telco Communications and TeleGlobe. Brad's experience enables him to provide leadership and direction in managing employees and business processes through change and growth. Brad also brings expertise in business strategy formulation, driving revenue, implementing customer support processes and strategies, redesigning key business processes and managing organizations through improvements with systems and around scalability.
Brad earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
Wil Tirado, Vice President of Network & Infrastructure Services
Wil is Vice President of Network and Infrastructure Services at CFN Services. In this position, Wil provides overall technical leadership for CFN developing custom, high-performance network and application solutions to sophisticated global financial market participants and network operators worldwide. At CFN, Wil has been responsible for the fast deployment of the CFN Global Low Latency Financial Exchange and continues to maintain an expanding "evergreen" network including CFN's Alpha Platform. Wil has held positions of increasing responsibility in technology management, strategic planning, M&A, due diligence and implementation at Verizon, XO and FiberTower.
Wil holds a BS in electrical engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in finance from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
