Wouldn't be great if there were a second LEC in every market? Just because there isn't doesn't mean that cost effective, reliable access and transport services are out of reach. CFNS can utilize available excess assets and/or services to design a custom access and transport network that delivers LEC-like performance and much less than LEC-like prices.
