Our expert Service Desk is central to the NOC and is staffed 24x7 with dedicated NOC professionals in a variety of roles, working together to provide a personal and hands-on approach to all your support needs. We have a team geographically dispersed to provide hands and eyes at our collocation facilities, operating 24x7. We operate a 5,800 square-foot, state-of-the-art NOC facility in Richardson, TX and a fully redundant back up facility in Sunnyvale, CA. We provide the highest possible security and availability by using federated domains, hot-swap redundancy, geographically dispersed back-up operations and four-layer security.
